On 28 April 2005, for the first time in Republic of |Macedonia, with the video conference was realized victim- witnesses of the Republic of Moldavia, in the Court procedure in front of the competence court in the Republic of Macedonia against accuse persons for criminal act Human Trafficking article 418-a, from Criminal Code. ...

The Public Prosecutor Office of the Republic of Macedonia in cooperation with SECI Center and organs of domestic state of the victims during the period from 13 December, 2004 till now succeeded to secure the presence of 13 victims- witnesses on criminal cases Human trafficking from the article 418-a and intermediation conducting prostitution article 191 from the Criminal Code, who before the competence Courts in Republic of Macedonia gave statements in the way of witnesses. From the previous mentioned victims 7 where from Republic of Moldavia , 4 Republic of Romania , 1 from Bulgaria and 1 from Kosovo.

Association of Public Prosecutors in the Republic of Macedonia is nongovernmental, nonparty and nonpolitical organization, founded on June 30, 1999 on its Foundation Assembly, held in monastery in village Leshok, this is organization in which on the voluntary bases are participating Public Prosecutors, their deputies, Secretaries, Legal advisors and Expert consultants employed in Public Prosecutors offices in the Republic of Macedonia and the work of the association is public.
