Evaluating the education as one of the basic tasks of the APPRM, the commission for education has created special program directing the activities in two courses: education in function of professional upgrade and education for obtaining knowledge of computer technology use and learning foreign languages.

• Significant effects on the plan of education for basic training for computer technology use weren't possible in the past period since the well known reasons (until now only 30 % of the necessary working units in the public prosecutors offices are secured without applicative software), with the exception of one brief course during June 2003 for ten members of the APPRM, from the Public prosecutors office of the Republic of Macedonia and the Higher Public prosecutors office Skopje made available by the Centre for continuing education.
•   We didn't have tangible results on the plan of learning foreign languages until August 2003, when with the collaboration of the Embassy of Great Britain in Skopje we made a deal for studying English language: three intensive courses from which, the first one started in Skopje, in Public Prosecutor's Office Skopje, and we are looking for a way to organize this kind of courses in the other regional centres.

• In September 2003 with collaboration with OPDAT we made a deal for another project with qualified personnel from the USA for studying English language for public prosecutors and judges that happened during 2003 and 2004 in Skopje, Kumanovo, Tetovo, Veles, Stip, Strumica, Bitola, Prilep and Ohrid.
